Silver City Builders was formed to bring together and capitalize upon the strengths of the unique people who make up our highly respected construction service divisions. Silver City Builders is a minority-owned, privately held company, uniquely positioned to meet short and long-term construction service needs. Our diverse staff includes people who are responsible for more than $13 million worth of hard cost development projects in 2006 - 2007.

Geographical & Business Focus
Silver City Builders is focused on the Southern Nevada geographic area. Our office has strong local and regional relationships with subcontractors and vendors as well as design professionals and local regulating authorities.

The firm is also focused on a limited number of market sectors for which our highly trained and experienced staff has compiled notable records of outstanding success with specialized project delivery. The vast majority of our projects are for repeat clients, and most of our projects are won on the basis of the qualifications, experience and the client-driven values of our people.

Silver City Builders is well known for maintaining long-term relationships with key clients - 70% of our work comes from such clients. Our focus is on such markets as restaurant construction and interior build out, retail construction and renovations, high-end residential remodeling, food and beverage, and themed hospitality and entertainment.
