Silver City Builders' senior management, with an average of more than 8 years of experience representing more than $25 million of successfully completed projects, is focused ---. Our office has strong local relationships with subcontractors and vendors as well as design professionals and local regulatory authorities. Our firm is also focused on a limited number of market sectors where our highly trained and experienced people have compiled notable records of outstanding success with specialized project delivery. This combined construction experience represents completed work at some of the most prominent locations across Southern Nevada. In general, these projects range in size from $500,000 to $5 million and the officers of the Silver City Builders have functioned as project executives, operations managers, operations directors, preconstruction directors, group presidents, etc. with respect to these projects. We have included at the end of this submission a Past Five Year Listing demonstrating our experience in these various markets.
